Primary Years

DANCE PROGRAMS FOR THE AUSTRALIAN CURRICULUM

Dancify’s Primary Years dance programs are provided in primary schools across metropolitan, regional and remote South Australia.

We incorporate the Australian Curriculum general capabilities into every aspect of our primary school dance program.

Dancify will be used as the key movement mediums in Health and Physical Education and will be identified in The Arts learning area as one of the five art forms.

Students from Year 3-7 will participate in Dancify’s three core dance learning experiences: creating a dance masterpiece, performing dance and reviewing dance. A dance program for junior primary students adds particular importance in learning a wide range of different dance styles and movement techniques.

Our energetic and experienced staff will have your students combining the skills of fundamental movement, body awareness, flexibility and fitness all whilst having fun!

Dancify includes an option for all students to participate in a Parent Performance/Concert OR Disco at the end of the course.

Dancify will happily provide all dance links to the Australian National Curriculum and current police and working-with-children checks upon request. To find out more, please contact us.

Dancify can also facilitate disco’s and concerts, find out more here.
